Founded in 1881, HEC Paris specialises in education and management sciences research and offers a complete and unique range of education programs for students and leaders. HEC Paris has a permanent faculty of 108 professors, 4000 students, 40% of whom are international, and over 8700 managers in executive education programs every year. HEC Paris' aim is to become a School of Managers rather than a School of Management: to train students who are able to contemplate both the political and social implications of doing business; whilst the "technical" side of things is important, it should not by any means overshadow the "human" aspect.

HEC Paris' Executive Education programs were ranked #1 worldwide by the Financial Times in 2011. Since 2006, the Financial Times has named HEC Paris the top business school in Europe.

Since 2009, HEC Paris has run all 5 of Prendo's simulations in the fields of stakeholder engagement and change management, project management and project leadership. The simulations have been run at all levels of HEC Paris: masters programmes, MBA, Executive MBA and Executive Programmes.
