INSEAD client story

developing skills via immersive experience

"The Prendo simulations are an indispensable part of the International Project Management programme at INSEAD: they provide a perfect complement to classroom teaching. The immersive environment of the simulations enables participants to draw parallels to their own experiences in projects, and to connect those experiences with the theory."

Associate Professor of Information Systems, INSEAD

INSEAD, founded in 1957, is one of the world’s leading graduate business schools. With campuses in France, Singapore and Abu Dhabi, and a research centre in Israel, INSEAD’s business education and research spans three continents. 145 Faculty members from 36 countries teach more than 1,000 degree participants in MBA, Executive MBA and PhD programmes. In addition, more than 9,500 executives participate in INSEAD’s executive education programmes.

INSEAD's "International Project Management" executive programme aims to help managers deliver success through effective project management. Participants are equipped with the knowledge and skills to lead teams, motivate individuals and strengthen collaboration in order to manage projects even more effectively in the new global environment.

Since 2003, INSEAD has been using Prendo's Managing Stakeholders and Managing Project Teams simulations, to help participants on the International Project Management programme articulate a common framework for understanding projects, develop new insights into how to combine technical and behavioural disciplines within a project, and above all take part in a stimulating debate with faculty and fellow participants about the subtle issues whose mastery is key to project success.
